I love having purposeful experiences, and this was one of them. The main impact, in short, was being exposed to a deep exercise in guided self-knowledge. We might often think we already know ourselves well enough — but the reality is something else. I, for example, gained greater clarity about my life projects across multiple dimensions: business, sports, family, work, and more. I also had the wonderful opportunity to learn a great deal about my brain behavior and concrete exercises to change what I want based on my behavioral patterns.
